A Summer Preview

The boys were getting dangerously close to the pool today while playing with an R/C boat.  Since we thought it might happen anyway, we dared them to jump in (and bribed them with an all-you-can-eat ice cream buffet).  Jack was a little braver, but they both got in!!  P.S. The water was 61 degrees...  brr! 

Fire!

Well, not quite - But I am sure it's not out of the realm of possibility.  Here are actual e-mails that I sent to Steve today:

After hearing the water running and running, I went to check and see what Jack was doing...  rinsing his tongue! Doesn't he look guilty?

Super Bowl Fun

The kids had fun munching and watching some of the game - well, the parts that held their attention.  The fun part for me was making these cute snacks that looked like sushi! They loved them, though I would probably only make them again when we had a bigger crowd - Since I wouldn't let them eat more than one, most of them went to waste :-(

Here are our little Cardinals fans! (Please don't pay attention to Jack's messy face - I was focused on the game, not wiping him up!) I don't know if they were fans of the team or the huge cupcake that they got to share!
